The Need . . .
In this country . . .

Many pastors are serving without ever receiving any formal training for
the pastorate.

Some cannot afford it.
|
|
Others cannot get away from their church or job long enough to be properly
trained.
|
In other parts of the world . . .
|
The Gospel is being preached, people are responding and new churches are
being planted.
|
|
Many of the pastors of these churches are untrained and unequipped.
|
|
Some hold down jobs and also pastor churches.
|
|
Some pastor more than one congregation.
|
|
Some cannot afford seminary.
|
|
For some, formal training is not even available.
|
It is to meet this pressing need that we have formed the International
School of Leadership, a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.
Our purpose: "ISOL exists to help accelerate the ongoing transformation and
multiplication of leaders for the advancement of God's kingdom worldwide."
Campus Crusade for Christ has always been about building spiritual movements
everywhere: reaching leaders, building
them in their faith and sending them to win and build others.
While not a school with buildings or campus, the International School of
Leadership is a resource for Bible, Theology, ministry and leadership skills.
Reaching and training business leaders, training for wives, mentoring,
developing leaders in the church, communication and preaching, how to study the
Bible and prayer, are just a few of the topics we teach in addition to classes
in Bible and Theology.
